With a long-standing reputation for innovation and excellence, they're now looking to bring a Contracts Manager on board to join their expanding team in Nottingham.

This is an exciting chance for a skilled professional to step into a pivotal role-overseeing key commercial elements of projects while building strong client relationships and contributing to the successful delivery of complex, high-value work.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee commercial handovers between sales, project, and design teams
Review and analyse project proposals and costings
Coordinate and manage project planning processes across multiple projects
Develop detailed plans to monitor progress and achieve targets
Forecast and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands
Ensure all project documentation and paperwork is accurate and complete
Collaborate with Project Managers to keep projects running smoothly
Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation
Maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholdersAbout You

Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willing and able to travel throughout the UK and overseas
Must hold a valid British Passport
Full UK Driving Licence requiredWhat's on Offer

Competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

Monday to Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm | Friday: 8am - 3:30pm
