- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate scheduling to align with client requirements and site availability.
- Anticipate potential delays and proactively adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
- erve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering quality results on time and within budget.
- Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and hold progress meetings as needed.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that installation standards are met.
- Address any issues or reworks needed on the spot to maintain project integrity.
- Ensure that final installations meet the desired specifications and quality standards before handover.
