We are recruiting for our client based in Chadderton.

They are looking to recruit a Customer Service member to their team.

This position would suit an experienced Customer Service Advisor that would like to move to that next level.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be able to communicate with people at all levels, a good problem solver, good admin skills, and if possible some experience leading a team of people.

A background in Technical or car tires/wheels would be beneficial.

Must have recent Telephone Customer Service experience

Location: Chadderton

Contract Type: Temp could lead to perm for the right person

Hours: Full time 9am to 6pm

Salary: £28,000 PA

Duties:

• Respond to customer enquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email and social media channels in a professional and timely manner
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management/HR
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document management
• All compliance administration support
• Day to day admin duties
