Design Manager

Are you an experienced Design/ Technical Manager or Coordinator looking to make a step up. This is a great opportunity to join an exceptional main contractor based in London who deliver medium and large regeneration schemes.

About the role of Design Manager

This role will be site based in East London working on the delivery of a multi phased residential scheme, with phase 3 due to start on site. This role will be supporting the Senior Design Manager delivering phase 3 of the scheme which consists of 320 R/C frame apartments.

Requirements for the Design Manager role

Experience working in a Design/ Technical Manager role with a developer or main contractor
Experience working on residential projects
Experience on RC frame projects
