TSR Legal are working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join a reputable conveyancing firm team as a Conveyancing Trainer. In this pivotal role, you will deliver a structured training programme aimed at enhancing the technical skills and knowledge of the Conveyancing and operational administrative teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Employee Induction & Mentorship: Conducting in-person, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions as part of the induction programme for new hires and providing mentorship and coaching until they are fully prepared to transition to their teams.
- Addressing Knowledge Gaps: Identifying and addressing gaps in knowledge or process, providing targeted training to improve performance and align with company KPIs.
- Technical Expertise: Acting as a subject matter expert in conveyancing, offering guidance, and answering technical questions from employees to support their learning and development.
- CPD & Qualification Support: Overseeing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training, supporting employees working toward professional qualifications, and serving as both a trainer and mentor throughout.
To be successful in this role, please ensure your CV demonstrates the following:
- Conveyancing Experience: Proven experience in conveyancing or property law with a strong technical understanding of transactional conveyancing, ideally within a high-volume conveyancing environment.
- Training & Facilitation: Prior experience as a trainer, facilitator, or mentor is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to break down complex information into clear, understandable concepts.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
