Role

A Leading Main Contractor with a reputation for delivering high-quality residential projects is seeking an experienced M&E Manager to join their dynamic team. Having recently secured a prestigious project in North London, they are looking for an ambitious M&E Manager to oversee the delivery of a state-of-the-art development comprising a 121-bed private care home and 9 luxurious super-prime apartments. The project features a 9-storey structure with a single-storey basement, representing a benchmark in modern residential design and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the planning, design, procurement, and installation of M&E services.

* Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure all M&E elements meet project specifications.

* Coordinate and manage M&E packages, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

* Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

* Provide technical support and advice during all phases of the project.

* Lead on-site M&E teams to ensure seamless integration with the overall construction programme.

* Conduct regular progress reviews and ensure quality control.

About You:

* A strong background in M&E management, ideally with experience in the residential sector.

* Proven experience managing large-scale projects, particularly in prime or super-prime residential developments.

* A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (preferred).

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

* A results-driven approach with a commitment to quality and safety.

* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
