Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual for a Business Sales to drive business development and sales across South Africa and the SADC region, including Lesotho, Swaziland, and Namibia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and the ability to excel in a competitive, high-turnover environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across South Africa and cross-border regions (Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia).

  • Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of services within the logistics, supply chain, and transportation industries.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships within the region.

  • Navigate high-turnover environments with a focus on consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Implement effective communication structures to streamline sales operations and client interactions.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and leverage growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel across the region as required.
