Role Overview:
As a Site/Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in CDM regulations, permits, and RAMS, combined with your client-facing skills, will be crucial in managing projects within our specialized sectors. This role involves managing a 40-week program, ensuring all project milestones are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage construction projects in the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, and Advanced Manufacturing sectors.
* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, obtain necessary permits, and develop comprehensive RAMS.
* Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
* Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to deliver successful project outcomes.
* Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting any risks or issues.
* Implement best practices in construction management to optimize efficiency and performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Site/Project Manager in the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, and Advanced Manufacturing sectors.
* In-depth knowledge of CDM regulations, permits, and RAMS.
* Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
* Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
