G MASS consulting is a financial consulting organisation, part of the Good Together Group . We are looking for recent graduates with an interest in Insurance to join our Consultancy. This is an initial 6-month contract, working for an Insurance client based in the City of London. You will be responsible for:

• Access, review and file underwriting documentation.
• Review contract endorsements and ensure required escalations are sent to the correct team members
• Monitor and handle general queries relating to the client platform via online chat system
• Assist with the investigation and resolution of any queries raised by our clients stakeholders
• Sample checking of electronically placed slips.

Requirements

You will have:

• Bachelors University degree or equivalent
• A keen interest to work in Consulting and Insurance
• Some experience/knowledge of Lloyd's syndicate/London insurance knowledge is preferable but not essential
• Keen to identify and embrace new technologies and new ways of working
• Effective prioritisation and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
