Tuition is often on a temporary basis in order to improve students's attendance before they are re-integrated into the school setting, however the school have a constant flow of students coming through who require 1:1 tutoring, and have a regular need for multiple tutors.

The tuition can happen in a variety of settings and mediums; either in school, at a neutral setting such as a library, in children's homes, or online, and carers or additional support staff are sometimes present to support engagement.

The school do provide some online learning resources, however there is often autonomy for tutors to deliver their own content deemed suitable for the needs of the child, and an emphasis is primarily placed on a holistic approach to learning.

Qualified teacher or experienced tutor with a background in supporting students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties as a learning mentor
Ability to implement a holistic approach to learning and to provide pastoral support to students

Ability to effectively utilise online educational platforms and resources.
