Our client is a privately owned, Merseyside-based construction company with an excellent reputation for delivering projects within predominately the public sector with particular emphasis on Health and Education schemes. Works include refurbishment, fit-out, facilities management, M and E and new build with projects ranging from £100k-£3m.

They are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work on solar refurbishment and renewables projects across the Merseyside area.

As QS, your role will involve:

Ensure project costings are met
Reviewing and agreeing variations
Managing claims and payments
Review, prepare and issue Forecast Final Account (Cost Report)
Prepare monthly CVRs and cashflows
Prepare, submit final account on completion of works
Agree final account, secure retention release
