We are seeking experienced Design Managers and Assistant Design Managers to join my main contractor clients for a few high-profile data centre fit-out projects in London. There are multiple positions available and would therefore be open to seeing different levels of experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design management process from conception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure project requirements are met.
Oversee the preparation of design deliverables and ensure they are aligned with project schedules and budgets.
Manage design changes and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct design reviews and ensure quality control.Requirements:

Proven experience in design management, preferably in data centre or industrial & innovation sectors.
Strong understanding of design processes and construction methodologies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and team members.
Relevant qualifications in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
Proficient in design software and tools.
