Job Title: Hygiene Manager

Location: Dorset

Hours: Mon-Fri/Tues-Sat, 9pm-6am

*Please note that this role cannot consider candidates on a PSW, or requiring sponsorship*

Responsibilities:

* Management of day-to-day hygiene activities on the site, ensuring hygiene systems are updated and compliant to company standards.

* Training and developing a team of hygiene operatives, line leaders and hygiene leaders.

* Managing hygiene budget, partaking in the technical leadership team driving continuous improvement across the site.

* Leading internal hygiene audits, supporting technical team with 3rd party visits.

The Candidate:

* Proven track record managing a hygiene team within the food manufacturing industry.

* Food Safety Level 3, HACCP Level 3

* IOSH in Heath & Safety principals
