Early Help Practitioner

Durham Council

We are currently recruiting for an Early Help Practitioner to join an established team within Durham County Council's Children and Families service.

Position Details

* Full time - 37 hours per week

* Initial 3 months, with the possibility

* £14.40 ltd per hour (which is equivalent to £11.80 paye exclusive)

Responsibilities include:

* Covering Baby and Me groups

* Covering Toddler and me groups

* Case work supporting Social Workers

* Organisation of the Family Hubs

* Supporting deliver of other groups and services within the Family Hub
