• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate sales leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate telecommunications solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to strategize and improve outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

• Proven experience in inside sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with telecommunications products and services is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Motivated by sales goals and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
• Fluent in English and in German 

Work model: Hybrid 

Salary: €35K p/a + OTE (circa €25k p/a)
