TradeField requires a senior contract manager, for a growing electrical contractor who undertakes a range of social housing contracts in and around London, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire. You will have direct responsibility for overseeing high-value contracts and developing key client relationships.

As an Electrical Contract Manager, you will report directly to the directors and have a real say in the say to say operations and running of the company without much resistance or bureaucracy.

You must have a background as an electrician with 2391 documentation experience.

* Managing P and L and verifying that engineers are all producing and delivering excellence by way of output, quality and compliance (internal and external standards)

* Mentoring and seeking improvement to at all levels

* Managing and meeting clients regularly with Directors for feedback and finding ways to improve both productivity and P&L.

* Working with Directors to agree strategy in growth at a manageable level as well as working outside of the box for a more intense growth.
