Key Responsibilities:

* Perform reactive and pre-planned maintenance on-site.

* Deliver a maintenance service covering mechanical equipment including pumps, motors, pipework, plant rooms and AHUs.

* Work with sub-contractors and external suppliers.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

* City & Guilds Level 2/3 in relevant engineering maintenance (Mechanical).

* Prior experience in commercial environment maintenance.

* Competence in report writing and handling paperwork.

Shift Pattern:

* 4 Days

* 4 Off

* 4 Nights

* 4 Off
