Salary - up to £70,000 + car allowance + bonus

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Manager include:

• Mentor and develop a team to exceed production targets and deliver high-quality results
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure optimal efficiency, product quality, and strict adherence to safety protocols
• Consistently execute strategies to optimise production workflows, resource allocation, and drive process enhancements to support business objectives
• Maximise productivity, boost output, minimise downtime, and enhance cost-effectiveness across the site
• Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and consistently meet customer demands

We are keen to speak with Manufacturing Managers with the following skillsets:

• Proven track record in senior leadership within manufacturing, driving team success and operational improvements
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a positive culture
• A deep understanding of manufacturing processes, systems, and industry best practices
