SJC is managing the recruitment process for a multi-service law firm who are looking to expand and strengthen their Post Completion department with the addition of a Post Completion Assistant. The role will be based in Barnsley.

The Role

  • Ensure all post-completion tasks, including filing and registering documentation with relevant authorities, are completed accurately and promptly
  • Organise, file, and maintain legal documents, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with legal standards.
  • Liaise with clients to provide updates on the status of their transactions and address any post-completion queries.
  • Prepare and manage post-completion correspondence, including letters, emails, and reports.

The Candidate

  • An understanding of Conveyancing and/or Commercial Property
  • Previous Post Completion Experience (Essential)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a timely manner
  • Good working knowledge of Land Registry
