Management Accountant - Stockport (Flexible Working)

Are you a hands-on qualified accountant looking for your next challenge? Our client, a £200 mil T/O dynamic, manufacturing & service-based business, is looking for a talented Management Accountant to join their finance team near Stockport.

The ideal candidate will be:

* CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified

* Detail-oriented and accurate

* Hands-on and eager for new challenges

* Good Excel with strong analytical skills

* Experienced in month-end processes and accounting policies

* An effective communicator at all management levels

* Self-motivated with high attention to detail

Key responsibilities include:

* Monthly management accounts preparation and presentation

* Financial statement preparation for multiple entities

* Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis

* Budget setting and forecasting

* Stakeholder engagement and financial insights

* Participation in external audits and process improvement

Sage 200 knowledge would be advantageous.

Salary:

c£50,000 + Benefits
