The Role:
As a KS1 Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide young learners, helping them to develop their academic and social skills. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring that every student reaches their potential. We are particularly looking for someone who excels in behaviour management and can create a positive, structured classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Use effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a calm, productive learning space
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to support their development
• Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all students, including those with additional needs
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for students
• Maintain clear communication with parents regarding students' progress and achievements
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities
• Create a supportive and motivating environment that encourages students to reach their full potential

What We're Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
• Excellent behaviour management skills with the ability to create a positive learning environment
• Passion for teaching and helping children develop academically and personally
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the school's success
• Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in teaching KS1 is desirable but not essential
