Job Title: Quality Manager (Education)
Location: Candidates must be flexible with travel across various sites in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, East Anglia and surrounding areas
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 (Depending on experience)

Duties:
* Working alongside the National Quality Manager, you will be responsible for driving forward and raising the standards of quality teaching and learning.
* Design, promote and review quality interventions and strategies - ensuring they are implemented across our client's provision.
* Support and coach teaching staff towards improving and developing teaching practice - ensuring action plans for teaching and learning are achieved
* Work in partnership with the Education Management team, to monitor updates and support improvement with QIPs and OFSTED actions.
* To develop and review pre-inspection guidance and tools for the Education Managers, ensuring the best possible inspection outcome.
* Monitor the impact of interventions, reporting where standards have not been met and identify any further actions as required.
* To analyse and interpret MI, statistical data and feedback to produce comprehensive reports, informing the focus on priority improvements.
Essential Criteria:
* Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)
* Must hold a strong background of working as a Quality Manager within the Education sector.
* Ability to inspire, lead and motivate teaching staff and learners.
* Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
* Must be flexible with travel if required.
