As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll be part of our Volume Recruitment team within Talent Acquisition, a supportive team within our People Group. We handle all aspects of recruitment in-house, this role has a focus on large-scale temporary workforce coordination supporting our critical delivery of examinations and results. What will I be doing?
Coordinating recruitment activities, including posting adverts, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews and processing contracts.
Using systems such as Workday and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage recruitment processes efficiently.
Collaborating with recruitment advisors and hiring managers to ensure recruitment runs smoothly and effectively.
Supporting assessment days and onboarding processes, ensuring candidates have a seamless experience.
Contributing to process improvements and collaborating with external suppliers when required.
What do I need to be successful?
Prior HR or recruitment experience would be advantageous, particularly in a high-volume environment..
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across various teams and stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
The capacity to review, challenge and improve existing processes.
Experience managing supplier relationships to meet KPIs and SLAs.
The ability to make sound, pragmatic decisions and deliver results at pace.
