Private and public sector clients throughout London and South East

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including refurbishments, maintenance, new-build schemes and fit outs.

* Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements.

* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.

* Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.

* Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to ensure budget adherence.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Estimator.

* Stable career history.

* Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.

* Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

* Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
