Salary - Dependent on Experience (up to £30,000) plus commission

Hours Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our clients small, friendly, family-run team in Rushden. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the owner of the business, driving growth through customer engagement and new business development.

Duties

Contacting and arranging meetings with customers
Bringing on new business opportunities
Providing aftersales support
Upselling parts for machinery
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Traveling to customer locations as required, with occasional overnight staysThe Candidate

Previous outbound sales experience is essential
Comfortable meeting people face-to-face
Driver's license required (initially you will have use of the pool car; a car will be provided later)
Experience in manufacturing or engineering is advantageous but not essential (full training will be provided)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-driven
