TSR Legal are working with a reputable, client-focused practice seeking a Residential Conveyancer to work directly alongside the Director of the firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident managing their own caseload but also keen to learn and develop further.
What you'll be doing:

• 
  Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
• 
  Working closely with the Director on more complex files, providing an excellent learning and development opportunity.
• 
  Gaining exposure to private client work, including probate matters linked to property transactions, making this an ideal role for someone looking to broaden their experience.

What we're looking for:

• 
  A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
• 
  Confidence in managing files independently, with strong attention to detail.
• 
  A team player with a client-centric approach and excellent communication skills.
• 
  Willingness to learn and assist on wider legal matters where needed.
