Business Development Manager - Homebased - Up to £50,000

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
 
Identifying potential new customers in partnership with the internal stakeholders, ensuring achieve the customer's ways of working from initial meeting
Developing and supporting with the company's strategic plan of the assigned market or customers working with the Commercial Director to make any necessary amendments
Taking full responsibility for the area/customer gross margin
Growing the customers' business by developing long-term strategies and plans
Working closely with the marketing team to ensure all campaigns are utilised
Building and developing long term relationships with key accounts
Attending trade and industry events as needed
Forecasting future business for key accounts
Required Skills & Experience:

Must have experience is Food Manaufacturing and have experience selling into retailers
Negotiation skills
Proven experience in managing customer relationships and achieving targets
Clear understanding of process management and a methodical approach
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
