Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Administrator based in Liverpool. This is a full time position working on a contract basis.
The job:
- Support Senior Managers with a range of clerical and administrative tasks.
- Input service data into a variety service databases/including all aspects of student records, personnel records, financial records and quality assurance records.
- Assist in the processing of financial orders using the central accounting system.
- Organise and attend meetings and provide administrative support in the production of agendas and minutes.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail, photocopy, answer the telephone and to undertake other general and clerical duties.
The candidate:
- Experience in a similar position - public sector preferred
- Strong working knowledge of MIS (Management Information Systems)
- Experience of data input and minute taking
