Are you a safety-conscious and detail-oriented individual looking to excel in a dynamic quarry environment? We are seeking a motivated Weighbridge Quarry Operative to join our team and play a crucial role in the efficient and safe operation of our site.

• Conduct Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) and Quality inspections meticulously, using checklists before, during, and after operations.
• Identify and report defects promptly, ensuring they are addressed effectively.
• Operate, inspect, and maintain static and mobile plant equipment for load and haul, processing, and materials handling.
• Perform loading shovel, quarry operations and weighbridge duties with precision and care.
• Maintain high standards of site housekeeping, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
• Adhere strictly to all Company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless and efficient production processes.

• A commitment to safety and environmental practices.
• Proven experience in quarry operations, weighbridge duties, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with static and mobile plant equipment operation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
