Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant North West London£33,000-£36,000Our client is a leading real estate funding company located in North West London who are recruiting for a Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to join their team. Candidates applying should have a minimum of 4 years experience in a bookkeeping/accounts assistant role and be familiar with accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks.Key Responsibilities:* Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded* Maintain and update financial records and ledgers* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards* Provide timely and accurate financial information and reports* Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date files and records* Process invoices, payments, and receipts* Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely transactions* Facilitate banking transactions and reconcile bank statementsSkills and Experience Required:* Demonstrated experience in a bookkeeping / accounting role* Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero* Strong numerical and analytical skills* Prior experience in the real estate or property finance industry is preferred but not essential* Accounting qualifications such as the AAT is advantageous but not essentialThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant seeking a local position based in North West London.
