We currently have a great opportunity for hardworking individuals to join this vibrant and exciting food Production Operative facility in Pontypool, NP4 0JJ.

The environment is very hot to work, the work is manual and require some heavy lifting. This will be regular work following a rota schedule. Available shifts and payrates:

• Day shift: 12 hours | £10.81 per/ h| starts from 5am, 7am, 9am
• Night shift: 10 to 12 hours | 11.64 per/ h paid after 9pm (Monday to Thursday) 7pm or 9pm

Your role:

• Producing high-quality bread, muffins, rolls as a part of the team on a production line
• Supporting the shift leaders to achieve targets
• Keeping your work area hygienic
• Potentially standing on your feet for up to 12 hours depending on which shift you do

What are we looking for in a Production Operative:

• Reliable with the ability to show initiative
• Flexible and adaptable to work across departments
• Great communication skills
