About the Role: Female Support Worker (Driver) - Blaenau Gwent


As a Support Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You’ll provide personalized support, helping with daily activities, offering emotional encouragement, and foster independence. Each day brings new opportunities to make a meaningful impact and build lasting relationships with a diverse group of individuals.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Passion for Support: A genuine desire to help others and a positive, empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Driving License: You must hold a valid UK/EU driving license to assist with transportation needs.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate and build meaningful connections.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Shift Details: -Female Support Worker (Driver) - Blaenau Gwent


  • Mixed Shifts: Between 08:30 - 20:30
  • Evening Shifts: A maximum of 3 evenings per week
  • Advance Rotas: Rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life.
