Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading provider of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability.

This unique provider is seeking a Registered Manager for their established residential care home delivering care and support to individuals with a Learning Disability or Autism in the Wokingham area.

The Registered Manager in Wokingham will:

* Oversee the running of an established residential care home for individuals with a Learning Disability or Autism.

* Lead an established team and ensure they effectively motivated, resourced and trained to deliver the very highest standard of person centred care.

* Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders and families.

The Registered Manager in Wokingham will need:

* Experience of holding registration for a Learning Disability service, residential care or supported living.

* Hold Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.

* Experience of leading and developing staff teams.
