Avocet Legal Careers has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly, ambitious local law firm based in Plymouth. This role would suit a Paralegal, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with experience running a Residential Conveyancing caseload. Residential Conveyancer responsibilities include: - Running your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters to include purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Providing quality advice to clients
- Working alongside a full-time dedicated Legal Assistant
Residential Conveyancer requirements: - You will be a Paralegal, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with experience gained specifically within Residential Conveyancing
- You will be able to run your own caseload (supervision and support is available)
- You will be motivated and ambitious
- You will have exceptional communication skills
