We are looking for an experienced Export Administrator who can commit to a full time, temp 2-perm role at an Engineering company based in Rugby. This is an office-based role where you will ensure compliance to all national and international regulations and managing all aspects of the import and export process. There will also be accounting duties with this role so experience within accounts is desirable.

It is a fast-paced role and the perfect candidate will have Export experience and knowledge not just for the UK but internationally and has dealt with accounting duties. Its Monday - Friday and strictly office based (hybrid does not work for this company).

So what would I be doing?

• Processing incoming orders into the system
• Accounting duties
• Oversee preparation of documents such as letters of credit, filing tariffs, bills of lading, license agreements, and other correspondence.
• Resolve customs delays
• Managing any delivery and supply chain issues
• Update and maintain Price Lists ensuring margins are met
• Prepare customer quotes
