As a Senior Insights Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional visualisation tool designs that turn complex data into understandable insights. Your creative flair and technical expertise will enable you to craft cutting-edge reporting solutions that resonate with our stakeholders and end-users.

What you will do in this role

  • Designing intuitive and visually appealing self-serve documents that empower users to derive insights from data
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with our business tactics and strategy
  • Utilising SQL, DAX, and other relevant languages to build interactive dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Google Looker
  • Developing replicable techniques for report creation, maintaining a consistent "house style" while fostering creativity
  • Helping establish data analytical capabilities and processes that swiftly identify synergies and gaps.
  • Working closely governance, engineering, and insight teams to develop holistic reporting solutions in line with requirements

Your qualifications and experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in in the design and delivery of reporting tools within a complex business environment
  • Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and data visualisation tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or Google Looker
  • Deep understanding of data governance, structures, and manipulation
  • Strong grasp and experience in contact centre and channel analytics, customer management, and data-driven decision skills
  • Excellent communication, numeracy, planning, organisational problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to make complex insights and reporting outputs simple to understand as well as create high level presentations, papers, documentation
  • Familiarity with statistical techniques and tools such as Avaya or Salesforce, etc.
  • Process analytical skills such as Six Sigma or Prince 2 (Advantageous)
  • Passion for innovation and creativity.
