Accounts Payable Clerk

Up to £25,000 + Benefits 

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a lovely finance team based in Sheffield. 

Role responsibilities include:

Invoice and payment processing.
Reconciling supplier statements with the companies accounts.
Investigating and resolving any discrepancies between supplier invoices and payments, liaising with suppliers as necessary.
Responding to internal and external queries related to accounts payable.
Collaborating with other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies or missing documentation.
Supporting the month end routine, ensuring all payables are recorded.
Maintaining good relationships with suppliers, addressing payment related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensuring supplier details, (banking and contact information) are accurately recorded and updated.
Skills and Qualifications:

Attention to detail, organisational skills, communication skills, numerical skills, IT proficiency.
