Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all technical operations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the technical team to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs for machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring production targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and operational goals.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and procurement of technical supplies and equipment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices for continuous innovation.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of compliance, safety, and quality assurance standards.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations.
- Proficiency in technical software and reporting tools is an advantage.
