We are seeking a Company Accountant to work onsite and take ownership of day-to-day finance operations, working closely with the management team and external accountants to ensure financial compliance and efficiency. • Overseeing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments.

• Managing customer invoicing and monitoring incoming payments.

• Conducting bank reconciliations.

• Producing monthly management accounts.

• Handling online payment methods.

• Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns.

• Processing payroll for 50> employees, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.

• Cashflow management

• Previous experience in a similar finance role.

• AAT Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.

• Strong attention to detail with meticulous record-keeping skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Experience with Sage accounting software is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
