SME - PE/VC Consultant

Industry: Financial ServicesFully remote£700 - £800 per day (Inside IR35)

THE ROLE:

• Looking for a seasoned consultant with solid experience in venture Capital and private equity
• Key skills required: Valuations, Pricing, Governance, Alternative Investments, Liquidity
• Assessing managers on preparing thesis, rationale and recommendations.
• Knowledge of asset classes (financial instruments)
• Someone who will have enough experience to understand if it's a good solution or not
• Developing investment solutions in private market, supporting launch of another IWR fund
• Presenting to the Board.
