Our London office is a hub for innovation, and we are currently seeking a talented and experienced Associate Director to lead and support our established infrastructure team. Position Overview

The Associate Director will play a pivotal role in the management and growth of our infrastructure team. With the team currently consisting of 9-10 members, this position offers the opportunity to drive team performance, mentor junior staff, and establish processes that ensure operational efficiency. The role requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and client engagement skills. This is a classic managerial role with potential for growth into a Director level position.

The Associate Director will be expected to be hands-on in managing the team and client projects, as well as actively participating in business development and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage a team of 9-10 infrastructure professionals, ensuring effective resourcing and workload distribution.
Mentor and support junior team members, conducting staff appraisals and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Act as the primary client contact within the infrastructure space, maintaining strong relationships.
Identify and nurture talent within the team, providing mentoring and coaching for professional growth.
Ensure the team has the right tools, resources, and processes to deliver high-quality work.
Balance team operations management with hands-on technical design (Highways and Drainage).
Take responsibility for resource planning, scheduling, and project management.
Ensure high-quality deliverables while meeting project deadlines and budgets.
Collaborate with senior management on strategy, growth, and operational improvements.
Contribute to company-wide initiatives and long-term goals.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
