Salary: £45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and increase revenue for the company
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and building relationships with potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the company's services
Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for growth
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and key stakeholders, showcasing the company's services and value proposition
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable contracts and long-term partnerships
Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the Domiciliary.
Proven track record of successfully generating new business and meeting sales targets
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Knowledge of the domiciliary care industry and local market is highly desirable.We Offer:
