Our Major Projects team are recruiting Groundworks Gangs (Highways) for Pipelaying/Earthworks work in Crick (near Rugby/Northampton).

Operatives required within the gang:

* SSSTS Ganger (with Cat & Genny)

* Pipelayer (with Confined Spaces)

* 360 Excavator Operator (with Lifting Ops)

* Slinger/Signaller

Individual applicants holding the above competencies can also be considered.

Job Details

* Starting: ASAP

* Duration: Until June/July 2025

* Location: Crick (Northamptonshire - NN6)

* Hours: 50 per week (07:00-17:00 Monday-Friday)

* Rates: Negotiable

* Duties: Working on a Highways project building new ERAs. Duties will include: Drainage (2-3m deep with trench boxes), manhole boxes, benching manholes, earthworks, ducting, stripping topsoil.

Essential requirements

* Tickets as listed above

* Pass a drug/alcohol test

* Own transport

* Safety Critical Medical (we can organise this if not already held)

* Highways Passport (we can organise this if not already held)

* Checkable work references
