The Advocate Group are excited to work with a leading FMCG business, to support with the search for an experienced Food Production professional to lead a team on-site at the plant.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Provide training to employees on compliant food production processes, and safety protocols.

Ensure all production activities comply with industry regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

Control COSHH management and associated training across all functions

Requirements:

Experienced in leading a team in a food manufacturing environment

Confident in training colleagues around good processes and health & safety in food production

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
