We’re looking for a vibrant and confident Receptionist to join a dynamic team at their Head Office in Chelmsford. As the first point of contact, you’ll be the face of the company, managing a busy front-of-house role while handling a variety of tasks – no two days are the same!

Duties

• First point of contact face to face and over the phone
• Set up meeting rooms.
• Ordering office supplies.
• Admin support for events.
• Provide support to the marketing team.

What we’re looking for:

• A confident, can-do attitude with top-notch organisation & communication skills
• 12–18 months experience in a client-facing role
• Strong computer skills and social media savvy
• A team player who’s eager to learn and grow
• A full UK driving license is preferred due to its location.
