THE ROLE:

• Executive Assistant support to the CEO and senior team.
• Global and complex travel arrangements & diary management across multiple time zones.
• Meeting management and coordination for internal/external events.
• Office Management duties.
• Preparing reports and presentations.
• Collaborating with the EAs/Office Managers globally.
• Ad-hoc Administration tasks and projects.

THE PERSON:

• Proactive, highly organised with proven Executive Assistant experience.
• Passionate about providing exceptional support and happy to get stuck in.
• Experience with supporting C-Suite and global/complex travel & diary management.
• Flexible and adaptable with excellent communications and organisation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suites.
