Description

Lead and supervise a small lab team, ensuring efficient workflow
Work with ICP-MS / ICP-OES equipment
Implement and maintain quality control procedures
Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring deadlines are met
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage resources effectively to meet project objectives
Provide training and mentorship to team members
Stay updated with latest industry trends and technologiesMonday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (Flexible start/finish time offered)

Profile

A successful Senior Laboratory Technician/Technical Team Leader with experience working in a testing/manufacturing environment, as well as:

A recognised qualification in a Science (E.g. HNC/Degree)
Analytical Chemistry/Environmental Chemistry work experience would be beneficial
Technical mindset/skillset
Working knowledge of ICP-MS/ICP-OES would be advantageous
Strong communication skills - able to communicate to various stakeholders
