Our client are seeking a passionate, detail orientated Wedding Coordinator to join their team based in Woking. As part of the Events team, you will play an essential role in support customers with planning one of the most special days of their lives! You will need to be highly customer focussed with a genuine enthusiasm for weddings and a keen eye for detail.

The Role:

• Responding to wedding enquiries via website, email and phone
• Sending proposals and identifying opportunities to upsell
• Following up on enquiries and arranging showrounds
• Ensuring contracts are sent our accurately and in a timely manner
• Liaise and work with other departments to plan and execute weddings to highest standard
• Oversee smooth running of each function to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Plan and attend fairs, open evenings and promotional events

The right person:

• Previous experience helping people plan their special day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Keen eye for detail - it's the little things that make the big day!
• Creative thinker
• Passion for weddings and positive attitude
• Knowledge of OPERA is beneficial
