Job title: Operations Executive

Salary: Up to £34k

Location: Shoreditch

My client is looking for an Operations Executive to join their team, this role will offer growth and development for the right person. This is a client centric role, so looking for someone who has a natural ability to build rapport, enjoys client contact and is a strong communicator. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills with a proven track record of manage multiple projects at one time.

Duties:

• Purchasing/ Media buying
• Project coordination
• Stakeholder management
• Liaise with suppliers
• Liaise with clients
• Manage the projects and ensure they are progressing with the SLA.
• Administrative duties, including: Raising POs, buying office supplies etc
