Responsibilities:
- Source and select candidates for operational and office roles across the Group.
- Collaborate with management to create job descriptions and advertisements.
- Manage recruitment processes, including interviews, assessments, and feedback.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and LinkedIn to attract top talent.
- Handle candidate onboarding, ensuring all documentation and checks are completed.
- Support recruitment events such as open days and job fairs.
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment experience in Warehouse/Transport sectors (essential).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and MS Office skills.
- Experience with Right to Work checks and recruitment systems.
